The long time owner and licensee,
has decided to call last orders after a very successful career at this popular
and well known inn. They had purchased the pub
in the early sixties and it has remained in the family every since.

The inn is situated within a mile of the National Trust's Cotehele House and

from the Eden Project.
The property is reputed to have been first licensed in 1841 and is believed
to be one of only seven pubs in the country with the same name. Over the 40
years, the family have collected a fascinating selection of original furniture
and memorabilia that compliment the large oak beamed trading areas, creating
a warm and welcoming ambience.
The inn appeals to a wide audience of locals and regulars, together with tourists
and day trippers. The Who'd Have Thought It has a good reputation for food and
well kept traditional ales and features in several major pub
guides.
The inn has a total of five main trading areas including three bars, a main
dining area (70 covers) and a family conservatory (36 covers). There is a fully
